Savor three expressive whites and three structured reds sourced from celebrated AVAs across the Pacific Northwest—including Washington’s Columbia Valley, Horse Heaven Hills, and Walla Walla, as well as Oregon’s Willamette Valley and Chehalem Mountains. Throughout the evening, we’ll explore how regional climate, soil, and elevation shape the character of each grape—and how those influences come alive in the glass.
